One Integrated Business Perspective

Our Company

Inspelis is a Montreal-based consulting firm providing tailored consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses. Founded in Longueuil, Quebec, Canada, the company later relocated to Montreal as the business grew.

We work closely with each client to understand their business needs, define a clear project scope, develop practical solutions, and coordinate implementation from planning through progress tracking.

Our approach brings different business needs, functions, and resources together under one integrated perspective, helping clients make informed decisions and move projects forward with greater clarity and coordination.

Professional Support You Can Rely On

Every project is approached with clear communication, practical thinking, and close attention to the client’s specific needs. We focus on providing dependable support throughout the project while keeping responsibilities, scope, and progress clearly defined.

Depending on the needs of each project, Inspelis may also coordinate with specialized professional service providers within a scope agreed upon in advance, giving clients access to additional expertise when required.

What We Value

Right-Sized for Your Resources

Solutions should fit the budget, people, and execution capacity your business actually has.

Strategy Connected to Action

Recommendations should ultimately translate into clear next steps.

Measurable, Documented Progress

Important decisions, work completed, and project results should be documented as clearly as practical.

Industries We Support

Inspelis works with small and medium-sized businesses across a range of sectors. Our approach is based less on applying a fixed industry template and more on understanding the client’s business model, customers, operations, resources, and specific project needs.

Depending on the engagement, our work may support businesses such as:

• Professional and business services

• Wholesale and distribution

• Manufacturing

• Import and export businesses

• Retail and e-commerce

• Local service businesses

• Technology-enabled businesses

• Startups and growing small businesses

Where specialized industry knowledge or regulated professional expertise is required, we can coordinate with appropriate external professionals as part of the agreed project scope.

Professional Collaboration Model

Some business projects involve more than one area of expertise.

Inspelis can act as a coordination point between the client, internal team members, suppliers, technology providers, and external professional advisers within the agreed project scope.

Where legal, accounting, tax, engineering, certification, customs, insurance, insolvency, or other regulated professional work is required, the relevant professional remains responsible for their specialized advice, opinion, filing, certification, or regulated service.

Inspelis can support the overall project by organizing information, maintaining project records, coordinating communication, tracking responsibilities and deadlines, and helping ensure that different workstreams remain aligned.

The objective is not to replace specialized professionals, but to help the client manage the business project around them more effectively.

Example Engagements

How We Work

Understand. Prioritize. Execute.

01 | Diagnose

Understand your goals, current challenges, constraints, and available resources.

02 | Design

Define priorities, project scope, deliverables, metrics, and the implementation approach.

03 | Implement

Launch the work, test tools, develop materials, and coordinate the people involved.

04 | Optimize

Review results, make adjustments, and establish practical methods that can continue to be used.

Three Ways to Work With Us

Not every business needs to begin with a project of the same size.

01 | Focused Diagnostic

Best for:

Businesses with a clearly defined issue that want to understand what is happening and what to do next.

May include:

Research, analysis, diagnostic review, comparison, and actionable recommendations.

02 | Defined-Scope Project

Best for:

Businesses that already have a clear objective and need a specific set of work completed.

Before the project begins, we define:

• Scope of work

• Deliverables

• Timeline

• Responsibilities of each party

• Fees

• Third-party costs

03 | Ongoing Support

Best for:

Businesses that need continued support across marketing, operations, digital initiatives, or other business projects.

At the agreed cadence, support may include:

• Workstream execution

• Performance and KPI reviews

• Project reviews

• Priority adjustments

Example Engagements

Every project is scoped around the client’s actual business need. An engagement may begin with one clearly defined issue rather than a large consulting project.

Examples of project types may include:

• Assessing a new market or customer segment before making a larger investment

• Reviewing an inefficient workflow and identifying practical opportunities for

improvement or automation

• Building a supplier sourcing and procurement process for an international purchasing

project

• Organizing bookkeeping, tax compliance, or corporate administrative processes

• Improving a website, digital customer journey, or lead-generation process

• Setting up a basic CRM and sales follow-up workflow

• Creating a practical compliance checklist and internal operating process

• Turning a strategic recommendation into a defined implementation plan

The exact scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, and fees are confirmed before work begins.

Sample Deliverables

Depending on the project, deliverables may include:

• Business and market analysis

• Competitor comparison matrices

• Customer and market profiles

• Strategic priorities and implementation roadmaps

• Process maps and SOPs

• Supplier shortlists and quotation comparison tables

• Procurement and milestone trackers

• Budget and cash-flow models

• Compliance checklists and operating records

• Workflow automation configurations

• Website and digital-system documentation

• CRM and sales-process configurations

• Marketing plans and content calendars

• KPI dashboards and performance reports

• Project plans, responsibility matrices, and implementation records

Deliverables are selected according to the project scope rather than provided as a fixed package.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of businesses do you primarily serve?

Inspelis primarily provides tailored consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses. Depending on your stage and specific needs, an engagement can begin with one clearly defined issue or expand into broader support across strategy, operations, marketing, digital transformation, sourcing and procurement, or project implementation.

Do I need a large project to work with Inspelis?

No.

An engagement can start with a focused diagnostic, market research project, process analysis, or another specific task.

If further support is warranted, the scope can be expanded gradually based on the results and next priorities.

Does Inspelis participate in implementation?

Yes.

Depending on the agreed project scope, Inspelis can continue beyond analysis and planning to support content production, tool configuration, documentation, supplier coordination, marketing execution, and project follow-up.

The implementation scope is confirmed before the project begins.

How are responsibilities handled in sourcing and procurement projects?

Procurement projects begin by defining requirements, technical specifications, delivery terms, and the responsibilities of each party.

Where legal liability, certification, customs, insurance, engineering, safety, or other specialized matters are involved, Inspelis helps organize information and coordinate the appropriate professionals rather than replacing them or making their final professional determinations.

Is AI suitable for every business?

Not necessarily.

The first step is to determine whether the current process is clear, whether there is enough repetitive volume to justify automation, and whether automation can meaningfully reduce cost or time.

For many SMEs, testing one repetitive, rules-based workflow is more practical than trying to build a complex AI system all at once.

Can you provide localization in English, French, and other languages?

Yes. Depending on the project, Inspelis can provide or coordinate business-content localization in English, French, Chinese, and other languages as needed.

Localization can go beyond translation to include keywords, advertising language, website pages, forms, pricing presentation, and ongoing customer communications.

How are service fees determined?

Fees are based on project scope, workload, timeline, deliverables, and the resources that need to be coordinated.

Before work begins, the scope, fees, and responsibilities of each party are set out in a project proposal or quotation.

Advertising spend, software fees, production or filming, printing, translation, and other third-party costs are identified separately from consulting or implementation fees.

How do we get started?

Tell us:

• What does your business need?

• What is the most important issue right now?

• What outcome are you trying to achieve?

We begin with a diagnostic conversation, define the need, prepare a project proposal where appropriate, and establish a clear first step.

Contracts and formal quotations will further specify:

• Execution quantities or service volume

• Project timeline

• Information and materials to be provided by the client

• Responsibilities of each party

• Advertising costs

• Software costs

• Production or filming costs

• Translation costs

• Printing costs

• Professional service fees

• Other third-party costs
